These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Wikisync, a web-based content operations platform provided by Wikimotive through wikimotive.technology. By accessing or using Wikisync, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and Access

Access to Wikisync may require a Google account or other approved login method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity that occurs under your credentials. Wikimotive may suspend or revoke access if use is unauthorized, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Google Integrations

Certain features may rely on Google APIs and related Google services. By connecting those services, you authorize Wikisync to access the data needed to provide the requested functionality. Your use of Google services through Wikisync may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Customer Data and Responsibilities

Users and customer organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content and data entered into Wikisync. You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or violates the privacy or rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or related systems.

Copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or by written permission.

Use the service in a way that interferes with normal operation, security, or availability.

Intellectual Property

Wikisync, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, remains the property of Wikimotive or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying intellectual property.

Availability and Changes

Wikimotive may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Wikisync at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will remain unchanged.

Third-Party Services

Wikisync may interact with third-party services, including Google services and hosting or infrastructure providers. Wikimotive is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer

Wikisync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Wikimotive makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wikimotive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use Wikisync.

Termination

Wikimotive may suspend or terminate access to Wikisync when necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, breach of these terms, or misuse of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Privacy

Your use of Wikisync is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of Wikisync after an update means the revised terms will apply.
